Common questions
Is switching accountant a hassle?
Not with us. Once you give the go-ahead, we contact your current accountant, request your records and handle the professional clearance. There is very little for you to do.
Can I switch part-way through my financial year?
Yes, you can switch at any time. We pick up where your previous accountant left off and make sure nothing is missed.
Will my old accountant be difficult about it?
It is a normal part of how the profession works. We handle the handover request and the clearance letter, so it stays professional and you stay out of it.
Do I have to move to Xero?
We are a Xero Silver Partner and most clients love it, so we will recommend it and migrate you smoothly. If you have a strong reason to stay on something else, talk to us.
