Common questions
Are your fees really fixed?
Yes. You pay the same amount every month and you know exactly what is included. No hourly billing, and no surprise invoice at year end.
What if my business does not fit one of the three plans?
The quote tool adds on extras such as extra payroll, VAT or higher bookkeeping volume to give you an accurate price. If your needs are unusual, get in touch and we will build a fixed fee around them.
Is Xero included in the price?
Xero is included on the Sole Trader and Growing Strong plans. On the Limited Company Starter plan we can add it for a small extra amount, at our partner rate which is below list price.
Can I change plan later?
Of course. As your business grows we move you onto the plan that fits, and we will always talk you through any change before it happens.
Is there a tie-in or long contract?
No long tie-in. We earn your business every month. If you ever need to leave, we hand everything over cleanly.
